What type of key cards do we manufacture?
Prime Source manufactures a wide range of key cards for hotels, including PVC, Wood, PPG-BIO, Paper and leather. We do not manufacture wristbands and key fobs. We outsource as per requirements.
What technology do we use to print a sustainable key card?
Prime Source uses a Dry Offset KBA machine, Digital UV flatbed printer, UV Offset, Vaccume Laser machine to print on bio cards
Are wood cards true environment freiendly?
Yes, they are environmentally friendly. However, the process of making these cards releases a high volume of smoke in the environment by the laser cutting machine & markers. If that is acceptable to hotels, why not?
Are paper cards good enough to replace PVC Cards?
Are paper key cards as economical as plastic key cards?
Our paper key cards are printed at a cost similar to PVC cards and are cost-effective by balancing the nature & sustainability.
What is the benefit of PPG-BIO Key cards?
They are made from sustainable materials. They are cost-effective & long-lasting.
Are there any quantity limits on production?
Offset-printed cards require a minimum order of 2,000 pieces. However, we can produce a minimum of 200 pieces digital printed cards for small orders too.
What is the supply timeline?
Our normal production time is 3 weeks from the date of order. Schedule works on first come first basis. However, SOS production time is 3 days on request.
